Step 1: Cook mushrooms and onions in butter.

Step 3: Add egg whites that have been beaten and seasoned to taste.
Step 4: Add mushrooms and onions to one side.
Step 5: Add canned green chilies and tomatoes.
Step 6: Flip lid over cover and cook until done.
Step 7: Serve with the sides.
