  • 4 ounces whole button mushrooms (1 can)
  • 8 ounces black olives, Greek super colossal (1 can)
  • 8 ounces green olives, Greek (1 jar)
  • 4 ounces pimientos (1 jar)
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • Garnish
  • 1 avocado, sliced

How to Make
