  • 1/4 cup avocado, chopped
  • 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon chives, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon oil.

  • Step 2: Saute mushrooms and season lightly.

  • Step 3: Remove from pan and set aside.

  • Step 6: Cook and add mushrooms to one side.

  • Step 7: Add cheese, tomatoes and avocados.
