Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain and save 1/2 cup.
Step 2: Meanwhile fry bacon until crispy.
Step 3: Remove.
Step 4: Add butter and onion to pan and add coleslaw mix.
Step 5: Cook until caramelized.
Step 6: Add seasoning to taste and add broth.
Step 7: Add cooked pasta and water to finish adding in coleslaw mix.
Step 8: At very end add bacon and toss.
