Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 to 8 pound whole ham (bone in, boneless, or spiral)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup currant jelly
  • 4 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix everything together in a small sauce pan and bring to medium low heat until the honey and jelly warm up and thin out. Keep on the stove on low heat as the ham cooks. Brush the sauce on often to glaze the ham.

  • Step 2: If you ham is larger, simply double the recipe. This will normally glaze a 6-8 lb ham. ENJOY!
