  • Pasta
  • 8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sauce:

  • Step 2: Heat oil in sauce pan and add chili pepper.

  • Step 3: Add garlic but do not brown.

  • Step 4: Add olives and tomatoes.

  • Step 6: Meanwhile, add pasta to heavily salted boiling water and cook until al dente; saving some pasta water.

  • Step 7: Add cooked pasta to sauce.

  • Step 8: Add a little pasta water.

  • Step 9: Toss and cook until thickened.
