  • 8 ounces frozen beef meatballs

  • 7 ounces dry bulgur wheat, cracked
  • 15 ounces chickpeas (1 can)
  • 2 zucchini, halved ,sliced
  • 1 carrot, halved sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil and add onions, cook until transparent.
