Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted.
Step 2: Add carrots, onion and garlic and season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Saute for about 5 minutes or until the onions and carrots are softened.
Step 4: Add peas.
Step 5: Increase the heat to high, and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and melt.
Step 6: Immediately add the rice, green onions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, gochujang, gochugaru, cayenne and stir until combined.
Step 7: Continue stirring for an additional 3 minutes to dry the rice.
Step 8: Add the sesame oil to combine.
Step 9: Season to taste.
