  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Garnish
  • 6 ounces black olives, drained (1 can)
  • 10 ounces frozen peas (1 package)
  • 2 green onions, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Fry bacon.

  • Step 2: Stir in lamb, onions and leeks.

  • Step 3: Cook until browned.

  • Step 4: Add garlic.

  • Step 5: Meanwhile, add seasoning and bouillon to boiling water.

  • Step 6: Add to pot.

  • Step 7: Add bulgur wheat and orange peels.

  • Step 8: Heat to boiling.

  • Step 9: Reduce to simmer and cover.

  • Step 10: Cook 90 minutes; last 10 minutes add peas and stir.

  • Step 11: Garnish with olives and onions.
