  • 4 ounces shrimp,shelled
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 16 ounces romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, peeled, sliced
  • 6 tomato slices
  • 3 avocados, sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup red onions, thinly sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Get salad plated by putting lettuce in center of each plate.

  • Step 2: And carrots divided equally in a pile, 3 tomatoes in a pile, cucumbers in center on each side.

  • Step 3: Add avocado fanned in 3 piles.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle thinly sliced red onion.

  • Step 5: Put in fridge.

  • Step 6: Cook seasoned steak to desired doneness.

  • Step 7: And shrimp cooked until just pink.

  • Step 8: Cut steak on bias and layer on top of lettuce.

  • Step 9: Place shrimp on top of steak.
