  • 8 ounces firm tofu (1 package)
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/16 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Press tofu for 15 minutes.

  • Step 2: Cut in 2 inch chunks.

  • Step 3: Pat dry.

  • Step 4: Add oil to wok.

  • Step 5: Heat until almost smoking.

  • Step 6: Fry until crisp and lightly browned in wok, adding more oil as needed.

  • Step 7: Mix rest of ingredients with a whisk.

  • Step 8: Pour into wok.

  • Step 9: Cook until glazed.
