Step 1: Press tofu for 15 minutes.

Step 4: Add oil to wok.
Step 5: Heat until almost smoking.
Step 6: Fry until crisp and lightly browned in wok, adding more oil as needed.
Step 7: Mix rest of ingredients with a whisk.
Step 8: Pour into wok.
Step 9: Cook until glazed.
