  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and halved lengthwise and cut into bite size pieces (if your avocados are small you may need 4 avocados)
  • 2 cups pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lettuce leaves, optional

How to Make
