  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix shortening, sugar and eggs.

  • Step 2: Stir in milk and vanilla.

  • Step 3: Sift flour, soda and salt.

  • Step 6: Chill for an hour or so. (This appears more like a batter than a dough.)
