  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Sauce
  • 10 ounces cream of celery soup (1 can)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 15 ounces corn, drained (1 can)
  • 15 ounces French style green beans, drained (1 can)
  • Topping
  • 1/4 cup butter crackers, Ritz, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Pam spray a 9x9 casserole.

  • Step 3: Heat butter in skillet and saute onion, celery and bell pepper until soft and translucent.

  • Step 4: Add sauce ingredients.

  • Step 5: Mix pour into casserole dish.

  • Step 6: Mix topping ingredients place on top cook until hot and bubbly 30 minutes.
