Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 turkey breast (doesn't give a measurement, but figured it can't be a whole sized breast given the amount of the other ingredients)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 slices brie cheese
  • Glaze
  • 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Turnovers

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and heat up a skillet with a bit of olive oil. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper and brown on both sides. Once browned, cut into small cubes and finish cooking. Add flour and cook for about 2 minutes. Then add chicken stock. Cook until thick and turn off skillet.

  • Step 2: Prep puff pastry. Roll lightly and cut into 4 equal squares.

  • Step 3: Add the turkey into the center of each square and top with the brie.

  • Step 4: Fold pastry over and crimp with a fork. Brush top with beaten egg and bake for 14 minutes.

  • Step 5: Once done, pull then out of the over and place on a cooling rack while you make the glaze.

  • Glaze

  • Step 6: Whisk together until combined and drizzle onto turnovers.
