Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 395 grams condensed milk (1 can)
  • 250 grams desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup strawberry jam (or your preference jam)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180C & line a tray with baking paper. (2 trays may be needed).

  • Step 2: Mix coconut and condensed milk together until well combined the add vanilla essence.

  • Step 3: Using (approx) a tablespoon of mixture, roll into balls and place on lined tray.

  • Step 4: Use your finger or thumb to create a dent in the top of each ball and fill each with about a teaspoon of jam in each, enough to fill the indent (remember the jam spreads).

  • Step 5: Bake until golden, approx 10-15 minutes; until lightly browned.

  • Step 6: Allow to cool before serving.
