  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon yellow curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup seasoned salad croutons
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, onion, curry powder, salt and pepper until smooth.

  • Step 3: Stir in the chicken, celery, croutons and almonds.

  • Step 4: Spoon into a greased 11x7-in. baking dish.

  • Step 5: Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

  • Step 6: Combine bread crumbs and butter; stir in cheese.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle over casserole.

  • Step 8: Bake, uncovered, 5-15 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.
