  • 1/2 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumbers, seeded, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, seeded, diced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/3 cup green onions, minced
  • 8 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled,(1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: With an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, seasoning, garlic, and lemon juice until light and fluffy.

  • Step 2: Spread in the bottom of a pie plate or a small, shallow baking dish.

  • Step 3: Layer on hummus.

  • Step 4: In order, create layers by sprinkling the lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, onions, Feta cheese, and parsley.

  • Step 5: Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours.
