Ingredients
- 18 1/2 ounces yellow cake mix (1 box)
- 2 eggs
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained (1 can)
- 15 ounces can crushed pineapple, juice reserved (1 can)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 12 ounces cool whip, thawed
- 6 ounces instant vanilla pudding (1 box)
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Combine cake mix, eggs, oranges, drained crushed pineapple and mayonnaise.

Step 3: Beat for 5 minutes or until blended.

Step 4: Pour into a 9x13 pan that has been greased and floured.

Step 5: Bake 25 minutes or until golden.

Step 6: Combine whipped topping, pineapple juice and pudding mix.

Step 7: Spread over cooled cake.
