  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1/4 pound ground beef
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onions, minced
  • 2 mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 ounces Emmental cheese, sliced, (2 )
  • 2 slices tomatoes
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 1 ounce sesame seed hamburger bun, (1)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix pepper and mayonnaise.

  • Step 2: Set aside.

  • Step 3: Dry toast bun.

  • Step 4: Set aside.

  • Step 5: Heat butter add mushrooms and onion and cook until softened.

  • Step 6: Meanwhile, form meat into patty, season to taste add next to onion mushroom mixture.

  • Step 7: Add mayonnaise mixture to top and bottom bun.

  • Step 8: On top bun put on lettuce then tomatoes.

  • Step 9: On bottom bun put 1 slice of Swiss cheese.

  • Step 10: Flip burger.

  • Step 11: Add slice of cheese.

  • Step 12: Cook to your doneness.

  • Step 13: On bottom bun put mushroom mixture on top of cheese.

  • Step 14: Put burger on, and put top bun on.
