Step 1: In a large bowl mash the chickpeas.
Step 2: Add the avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and seasonings.
Step 3: And using a fork or a potato masher, smash the ingredients until coarsely mashed.
Step 4: Taste and adjust the seasoning at this stage.
Step 5: Take a sandwich bread and apply some smashed chickpea avocado mixture generously on one slice of the bread.
Step 6: Top with spinach or any greens.
Step 7: Cover and press with other bread slice over it.
Step 8: Cut in half and enjoy.
