Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter ( or use bacon grease)
  • 2 cups corn, fresh or frozen or canned (drained)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • Pinch of cayenne or more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add butter, onions and bell peppers to a frying pan over medium heat. Saute until cooked and soft.

  • Step 2: Add corn and spices and continue to fry. Keep frying until the veggies carmelize. This will take about 20 minutes. (stir often)
