Step 1: Heat olive oil and butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
Step 2: Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 3: Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4: Add tomato paste, cook don't burn.
Step 5: Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, basil and water.
Step 6: Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Step 7: Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, until the tomatoes are tender .
Step 8: Using an immersion blender, blend until smooth.
Step 9: Add the cream, basil and feta cheese.
Step 10: Cook for 1 more minute.
