  • 2 cups sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups diced fresh zucchini
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 5 ounces diced feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
