  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 2 pounds yellow potatoes, chopped, (4)
  • 1 parsnip, chopped
  • 12 ounces frozen Brussel sprouts
  • 5 cups vegetable broth
  • 4 ounces heavy cream, (1/2 cup)
  • Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Maggi seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil.

  • Step 2: Add onions, season lightly with seasoning.

  • Step 3: Add celery and vegetable broth, can use chicken broth instead.

  • Step 6: Simmer 45 minutes.

  • Step 7: Add cream.

  • Step 8: Simmer don't boil for 10 minutes.
