How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix cornmeal with hot milk and let set until cooled.

  • Step 2: Add rest of ingredients.

  • Step 3: Pour into heavily buttered Pam sprayed shallow Pyrex baking dish.

  • Step 4: Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm. It is not supposed to be hard like cornbread.

  • Step 5: Use a big spoon to serve it.
