The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound green seedless grapes (3 cups)
  • 24 ounces Honey Crisp apples (4 cups) cored and diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 8 ounces fat-free Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 4 ounces light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dice apples into small pieces about the same size as half a grape. Place in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice.

  • Step 2: Cut the grapes in half and add to the bowl with the apples. Don't toss to combine, just leave them on top.

  • Step 3: In a bowl, combine the yogurt, cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Pour into the apples and grapes and toss to combine until all is coated.

  • Step 4: Prepare the topping by combining the brown sugar and pecans. If serving immediately, divide the apple/grape mixture into individual serving dishes. Sprinkle with some topping and serve immediately.

  • Step 5: IF SERVING AT A LATER TIME: Do not sprinkle with the topping until it is being served. Otherwise, the brown sugar will dissolve.
