Step 1: Dice apples into small pieces about the same size as half a grape. Place in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice.
Step 2: Cut the grapes in half and add to the bowl with the apples. Don't toss to combine, just leave them on top.
Step 3: In a bowl, combine the yogurt, cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Pour into the apples and grapes and toss to combine until all is coated.
Step 4: Prepare the topping by combining the brown sugar and pecans. If serving immediately, divide the apple/grape mixture into individual serving dishes. Sprinkle with some topping and serve immediately.
Step 5: IF SERVING AT A LATER TIME: Do not sprinkle with the topping until it is being served. Otherwise, the brown sugar will dissolve.
