Step 1: Sauce:
Step 2: Heat butter and flour, don't brown.
Step 3: Add milk and season to taste.
Step 4: Cook on low 5 minutes.
Step 5: Mix vinegar and mustard.
Step 6: Pour into sauce.
Step 7: Simmer 5 minutes.
Step 8: Add cream cook 5 minutes.
Step 9: Butter 9x9 shallow baking pan. (Pam spray it)
Step 10: Put chopped eggs in pan.
Step 11: Season lightly.
Step 12: Pour sauce over, slather mayonnaise on top sprinkle cheese on top.
Step 13: Broil until cheese melts and is golden.
Step 14: Meanwhile, lightly brown ham cut into 4 steaks.
Step 15: Serve together.
