  • 4 fresh figs
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Step 2: Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Slice the figs into quarters and place in a baking dish.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on fig slices.

  • Step 5: Place rosemary springs over them.

  • Step 6: Roast for 40 minutes and remove from oven.

  • Step 7: Cool for 10-15 minutes, remove and discard rosemary sprigs; drizzle figs with honey to serve.
