Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3: Slice the figs into quarters and place in a baking dish.
Step 4: Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on fig slices.
Step 5: Place rosemary springs over them.
Step 6: Roast for 40 minutes and remove from oven.
Step 7: Cool for 10-15 minutes, remove and discard rosemary sprigs; drizzle figs with honey to serve.
