  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups apples, chopped, peeled, tart
  • Topping
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 tablespoons butter, cold

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, beat eggs.

  • Step 3: Add sour cream.
