Step 2: Pat in crumbled chocolate cookies mixed with butter.
Step 3: Bake the shell in a moderately hot oven (375 degrees F) for 3 minutes.
Step 4: For the filling:
Step 5: Melt semisweet chocolate over hot water.
Step 6: Beat in 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks, one at a time.
Step 7: Add 2 tablespoons rum.
Step 8: Beat 2 egg whites (pasteurized egg beaters) stiff
Step 9: Temper the egg whites in.
Step 10: Whip the cream.
Step 11: Fold eggs into the slightly cooled chocolate mixture
Step 12: Fold in whipped cream.
Step 13: Spoon the mixture into the shell and chill well.
Step 14: Top with Reddi whip whipped cream and shavings of unsweetened chocolate.
