  • 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 6 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 32 ounces chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (4 breasts)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a shallow bowl, combine the first six ingredients.

  • Step 2: Place butter in another shallow bowl.

  • Step 3: Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cornflake mixture.

  • Step 4: Arrange chicken breasts on a rack in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan.

  • Step 5: Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350-degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
