Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 dried cannelloni
  • 2 1/2 cups marinara sauce, divided
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Filling
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Mix all filling ingredients in a small bowl. Place into a piping bag fitted with a wide tip, or large zippered freezer bag and set aside.

  • Step 3: Add 1/3 cup water to the marinara sauce and place 1/2 cup sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

  • Step 4: Snip off the corner of the zipper bag if using and fill each cannelloni, placing in the pan. Top with remaining marinara sauce.

  • Step 5: Cover tightly with foil and bake 40 minutes. Remove foil and spread 1 cup mozzarella cheese, recover with foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
