Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Mix all filling ingredients in a small bowl. Place into a piping bag fitted with a wide tip, or large zippered freezer bag and set aside.
Step 3: Add 1/3 cup water to the marinara sauce and place 1/2 cup sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Step 4: Snip off the corner of the zipper bag if using and fill each cannelloni, placing in the pan. Top with remaining marinara sauce.
Step 5: Cover tightly with foil and bake 40 minutes. Remove foil and spread 1 cup mozzarella cheese, recover with foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
