Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Step 2: Spray a bundt pan (or 9x13) well with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, ground cinnamon, ground allspice, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4: Set aside.
Step 5: In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Step 6: Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, the batter will be pretty thick at this point.
Step 7: Add the chopped apple and nuts and gently fold it into the cake batter.
Step 8: Scoop the batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread it around into one even layer.
Step 9: Bake at 325°F for 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Step 10: Tent with foil for the last 10-15 minutes of baking if needed to prevent excess browning.
Step 11: Combine ingredients in a saucepan and stir constantly for 15 minutes. Pour into jar and store in fridge. Glaze cake when both are cold.
