Step 1: In large pot, add uncooked ground beef and cook on med heat until almost browned (still has pink here and there.)
Step 2: Add onions, green peppers and garlic and cook till fully browned.
Step 3: Drain and return to pot.
Step 4: Add tomato paste cook a couple of minutes.
Step 5: Add ketchup, honey mustard, brown sugar, and molasses, mix well.
Step 6: Add water until the meat is almost fully covered. Reduce heat to med-low, cover, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour or until all the water has evaporated.
