  • 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice, fry and drain sausage.

  • Step 2: Cube bread and well in a well greased baking dish; cover with layers of of sausage and cheese, alternating layers.

  • Step 3: Beat eggs with the milk and the soup and then over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
