  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the halibut on a rack in a broiler pan

  • Step 2: Combine orange juice, zest and worchestershire sauce

  • Step 3: Brush the steaks with the mixture, season the fish with salt and pepper, dot with butter

  • Step 4: Place under the broiler, 6" from the heat, for about 10 minutes or until the fish flakes,

  • Step 5: Baste with orange/worchestershire sauce remaining in the pan Serve and I hope enjoy
