Step 1: In a large pot, brown ground beef with onion. Drain.
Step 2: Add garlic and dry spices. Cook stirring for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3: Add tomato paste, molasses, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Stir until combined.
Step 4: Stir in the rest of the ingredients (except vinegar). Bring to a boil. Turn down heat to low and cook uncovered for 1 hour, stirring a few times.
Step 5: Add balsamic vinegar. Stir.
Step 6: Serve hot with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped green onions.
