Step 1: Mix all the spices together and add to the milk in sauce pan.
Step 2: Heat to a simmer.
Step 3: Stirring so it doesn't burn.
Step 4: Cool.
Step 5: Blend ice cream, vanilla extract and syrup in a blender adding 1/2 cup milk, add more as needed.
Step 6: Squirt some syrup in glass decoratively.
Step 7: Pour equally into glasses.
Step 8: Squirt Reddi Whip on top.
