  • 1/2 cup oil, (avocado)
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
