  • Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the milk and egg.

  • Step 5: Mix the meat, all the seasonings, the onion, and the green bell pepper in a large bowl.

  • Step 6: Add the milk mixture, the mushrooms, and the cheese.

  • Step 9: Bake it uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
