Step 1: In a large pot over medium heat add the honey and cook for 5-10 minutes or until it starts to darken in color.
Step 2: Stir in tomatoes and the next 5 ingredients (-cumin) and bring to a simmer.
Step 3: Reduce heat to medium low and cook, stirring occasionally for 1 1/2 hours or until it is thickened.
Step 4: Remove from heat and scrape into a bowl and let cool completely. Stir in oregano and rosemary and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
