Step 4: To make crumble; Combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon and oats in a bowl then rub in butter to form a rough crumble.
Step 5: Sprinkle the crumble mix over apples.
Step 6: Bake for 40-45 minutes until topping is golden and crisp and apple is tender.
