Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: To make the filling: in a microwavable safe 8 inch baking dish, combine 1 tablespoon flour and 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Stir in the apricots and the reserved apricot juice. Cover dish with wax paper and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or until filling begins to bubble, stirring once.
Step 3: To make topping combine the butter and 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Stir in oatmeal mix and 1/2 cup flour stirring until combined and crumbly.
Step 4: Remove baking dish from microwave and sprinkle topping over filling. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
