  • 8 ounces white bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in 2 pans.

  • Step 2: Add onions and caramelize, season lightly with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Add a couple of shakes of Worcestershire sauce.

  • Step 4: In the other pan, brown the hotdogs pretty heavily.

  • Step 5: Butter bread.

  • Step 6: Place onions on bread, then hot dog.

  • Step 7: Put barbecue sauce on to taste.
