  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (1/2 whole pepper)
  • 1 whole onion, chopped (large onion)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Seasoned salt or Tony Cacheries, to taste
  • 1 can (15 ounce) corn kernels
  • 30 ounce (2 cans) beans (ranch style beans, 1 with jalapenos if you like spice)
  • 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes (or stewed)
  • 5 diced potatoes, large (sliced into chunks)
  • 2 cups water
