We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the black or squid ink pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

  • Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Step 3: Add the shrimp or scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through. If using scallops, make sure they are nicely browned on both sides. Remove the cooked seafood from the skillet and set it aside.

  • Step 4: In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes until they start to soften and release their juices.

  • Step 5: Pour the white wine into the skillet and bring it to a simmer. Allow the wine to reduce slightly, about 1-2 minutes.

  • Step 6: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, followed by the butter, chopped basil, and chopped parsley. Toss everything together to coat the pasta with the flavorful sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 7: Return the cooked shrimp or scallops to the skillet and gently toss them with the pasta and sauce. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.

  • Step 8: Remove the skillet from the heat. Divide the Luna Luscious Pasta among serving plates.

  • Step 9: Optionally, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese for an extra touch of flavor.

  • Step 10: Serve the Luna Luscious Pasta immediately, savoring the enticing combination of seafood, aromatic herbs, and richly colored pasta.
