  • Breading
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Filling
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices onion, shaved
  • 1 leaf lettuce, shredded
  • 8 ounces baguette, toasted
  • Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salsa
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Topping
  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 3 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 ounces deli ham, shaved

How to Make

  • Step 1: Get veggies ready.

  • Step 2: Get breading bowls set up.

  • Step 3: Mix mayonnaise and salsa.

  • Step 4: Heat oil in pan.

  • Step 5: Dip steak in seasoned flour; shake off excess.

  • Step 6: Dip in lightly seasoned egg mixed with parsley and garlic.
