Step 1: In bowl combine salt, pepper, garlic powder and cinnamon. Halve each potato lengthwise then slice into 1/4 - 1/2 inch sticks.
Step 2: In a heavy large pot heat oil. In batches cook fries in oil for 5 minutes or until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with cayenne mix over fries. Enjoy!
