Step 1: Have everything portioned up, it's going to go fast.
Step 2: Cook the pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 3: Drain.
Step 4: Melt the butter over medium high heat in a wok.
Step 5: Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 6: Add ginger and toss in noodles.
Step 7: Drizzle with sesame oil and stir to mix.
Step 8: Add sugar, (start with a tablespoon and add more if needed ) soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and toss to combine.
Step 9: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10: Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Step 11: Toss.
